We are excited to announce that Foothills Visiting Nurse and Home Care (Est. 1922), VNA Northwest (Est. 1928), and Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association (Est. 1904) have joined forces and merged to form a new agency, Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County.
